This one is as quickly prepared as it is yummy. For those of you across the pond: Ideally, this recipe calls for German-style rolls, not the American soft kind – although you can surely use those or a nice piece of French-style baguette, which might actually work better.
4-6 rolls or sizes of baguette, respectively
1 cup bell peppers (the soused kind)
1 cup mushrooms (the soused kind)
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 cup vegan pizza cheese
1 cup soy creamer
a handful of peperoni, soused, chopped
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F/175° C. Cut the rolls open and put them on a baking tray (on a sheet of baking paper).
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl, then evenly put on the rolls.
3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, depending on how crunchy you like it.
